THERE IS A NOMINAL CHARGE OF £25.00 FOR THIS SERVICE TO COVER CALCULATION AND ADMINISTRATION COSTS, WHICH MAY BE WAIVED.

Applying is very simple, you can:

• Send an e-mail asking for a review (name, address etc. required) to enquires@bifa.co.uk.
• Print out the forms, complete, sign and send to

  Fax a request to BIFA on 01202 255396
   

On receipt of your request, and the appropriate letters of authority etc. we will forward them to the relevant insurance / pensions office to obtain in depth information.

Unfortunately some companies are not the quickest in replying with the information that we request, therefore, it may take a matter of weeks before we can forward any information, depending on whom you hold your plan with. We will endeavour to provide your report as soon as we are able, but unfortunately, sometimes a delay will occur which is beyond our control.
